Am I a Potential Leader?

To possess a leadership skill, must not necessarily you be a boss or a manager.

Now, I wish to ask all of us... After working for sometime, do you find yourself a leader? Do you think that your voice is heard by others (colleague, subcon, client etc.)

If not, then maybe you need to work towards being a leader now. You may want to look back into yourself, "Why am I not influential enough?".....
